"I have had restoration/repairs done through Aquakare for water damage. It has been almost a year and I wanted to see the longevity of work before giving any feedback of work. Dealing with Insurance company anyways was never an issue with Brian providing a nice breakdown of repairs required and the quote. Due to this and insight provided to me by Brian and his team, when the Insurance company was not willing to cover some items for the damages , I could easily confront them and show them what was missing from their side and why it needs to be covered. Coming to restoration work it all went fine and finished close to the time that was provided, in between I added some more outside insurance work , which the team was ready to accept even though they had to readjust the timelines, but the end result was really good and is holding fine after a year without any issues. So i would really say if there is anw water damage just contact the specialists , there is no point going to normal builders for that as they will not be able to provide you proper quote and breakdown as required to deal with the Insurance companies."

Both Brian (the owner) and Mick (engineer) were great from the off start Trace and Access companies are very specialised – regular plumbers cannot do as need specialised equipment! However they do need to have some plumbing clue unlike some companies I first spoke to! So after several web searches and numerous phone calls – an estate agent friend finally recommended Aquakare in South Ockendon – thank goodness! Brian not only provided re-assurance, detail and clear pricing as it’s quite an expensive procedure – but guidance if it was an insurance claim! Mick arrived as planned, and in the short ….. drained the central heating system, passed tracing gas and 4hours later was able to detect a leak under our concrete floor (not visible otherwise) problem 4 radiators were then isolated so I could at least turn heating back on in very cold January! I will still need a plumber as planning to re-trace the problem pipes externally now along skirting boards etc – do not want to go through this again!! I would definitely recommend Aquakare – they guided me through this very stressful experience (had no heating for 3 weeks whilst initially trying to find leak by ourselves) They were available before and after the appointment – no hesitation recommending - they did what they promised!"

Recently I had a dire situation at home: we had a leak but didn’t know where it was coming from. Enter Google, where there were many leak detection specialists. But I had no idea where to start.

I called a few leak detection companies, and Brian was by far the best. He was a massive help over the phone, and quickly organised for one of his engineers to visit the property and find the leak. Jake (the engineer) turned up the next day and worked his way around the property, using various techniques to find the leak. He tracked it to our hall floor and managed to expose and repair the central heating pipes which were leaking.

The whole process was professional, I am thrilled the problem has been fixed. I wouldn’t hesitate to use AquaKare again, they made a difficult situation so much better. Genuine thanks to them all.
